Angela Hopper

Angela Hopper graduated from a 2200 hour program from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours after completing an undergrad in Music from St. Francis Xavier University. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.

Angela is passionate about providing comprehensive treatment plans that are attainable for her patients. She focuses on postural alignment, headache and migraine relief, correcting repetitive stress injuries, nerve entrapment, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, stress management and pelvic floor dysfunction. She believes that people should not have to live in a state of chronic discomfort and through manual therapy we can get you on a path of relief!
  


Tareq Sobh

Tareq Sobh

Tareq graduated with honours from the Algonquin Massage Therapy program. Prior to becoming an RMT Tareq began his career as a nurse turned physiotherapist. Upon arriving in Canada he had to begin his career again. Choosing massage therapy,

Tareq brings qualities from all his past professions. Compassion of a nurse, rehabilitation exercises of a physiotherapist and intuitive hands of a massage therapist.

His skills include trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue treatments and an element of relaxation


Shiho Okai

Shiho is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of triOS College in Ontario, with training experience in Japan and Bali. She blends Eastern and Western techniques to relieve pain, ease tension, and promote overall well-being.

In addition, Shiho is certified in Indian Head Spa. She incorporates deep tissue and relaxation massage, tailoring each treatment to clients’ individual needs. She is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and improving their quality of life through therapeutic touch.


Takeshi Takahashi

Takeshi is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Acupuncturist who brings to his healing practice many years of experience and international training in massage and other modalities. He’s a graduate of triOS College’s (formerly the International Academy of Applied Health) program in Massage Therapy and a graduate of the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture. He’s in good standing with the CMTO (massage) and the CTCMPAO (acupuncture).

Athletic from a young age, Takeshi learned how deeply connected body awareness and body health are to a happy and fulfilling life. While working in other fields (including a stint as a sushi chef!), he began a meditation practice that led him to a change in vocation and career. In 2010, he trained as a practitioner and teacher of Nuat Thai, Traditional Thai Massage and had the privilege of training under several masters in Thailand. He’s also a trained yoga teacher (200 hr) and certified Reiki practitioner, and learned advanced alignment techniques in an Iyengar yoga training in Dharamsala, India, all of which he brings to his clinical practice.

Takeshi is passionate about the mind/body/spirit connection, and combines a wealth of experience in anatomy, physiology and deep tissue techniques with an intuitive and holistic approach to helping you get to the root of your issues, from aches and pains to injury, surgery recovery, muscle tension and chronic illness. He believes that everyone can heal and that wellness, balance, relaxation and ease belong to everyone!


Negeen Aidun

Acupuncturist

Negeen Aidun is a registered acupuncturist from International Academy of TCM in Ottawa. She also has DEC in Sciences from John Abbott College.

Her passion for alternative medicine, specifically acupuncture, developed due to her personal challenges, where acupuncture played a significant role.

She treats a variety of health conditions such as, pain management, mental health & anxiety, insomnia, menstrual issues/irregularities, PMS, male & female fertility support, menopausal symptoms (hot flashes), digestive issues, asthma, allergies and more.

She is deeply passionate about taking a wholistic approach in treating and supporting the patient’s mind, body and soul. Negeen is fully bilingual in French.

Kristen Kinsley

Kristen, originally from BC, started her career as an esthetician in 2019, where she discovered her passion for massage. This led her to become a Registered Massage Therapist, dedicated to helping others feel their best. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and has always been a dog lover.
