Anna Bélanger and Associates provides professional Registered Massage Therapy and Registered Acupuncture across three modern studios in Ottawa. All of our Massage Therapists are Registered Massage Therapists with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and members of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Our Acupuncturists are Registered Acupuncturists with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

Meet the Founder
Anna Belanger
Anna Belanger is a dynamic entrepreneur, educator, philanthropist, and community leader whose impact extends far beyond the treatment room. After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage in 2005, she moved to Ottawa in 2008 and, in 2009, founded Anna Belanger & Associates with a bold and visionary focus: creating a niche practice dedicated exclusively to pre- and postnatal care. At a time when specialized perinatal massage was not widely recognized, Anna filled a critical gap in women’s health services, building a trusted space where mothers felt seen, supported, and expertly cared for. What began as a small, focused practice has grown into three thriving clinics in Ottawa’s Glebe, Barrhaven, and Beechwood communities, known for their exceptional standards of care and the strong, values-driven team Anna mentors and leads.
