All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists - registered with Ontario’s College of Massage Therapists, they are also members of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario. Massage therapy is an amazing modality that can help ease stress, pain and reduce muscle tension. We have weekend and evening appointments available!



Anna Belanger graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in British Columbia. Her intense training with WCCMT allowed her to work in BC Women’s hospital with high risk pregnancies, post c-section and routine births, along with volunteering in the limited access ward for special case pregnancies. This experience is what drove her to open her own clinic dedicated to women and to have advanced training in pregnancy. Anna has also completed her DONA International (Doulas of North America) certified training for birth and postnatal doula services as well as her certificate for infant massage with IAIM and is currently working towards her certification as a Childbirth Educator through CAPPA Canada. She was also taught with Algonquin College where she acted as a supervisor at the Civic hospital.Anna mentored and supervised the senior massage therapists in peri/ante/post natal massage therapy and labour support. Within her professional career, Anna has worked with women going through IVF and understands the physical and emotional tolls it takes on the body.

She has also experienced treating pregnant women with other challenges, such as gestational diabetes, multiples, myasthenia gravis, scoliosis and other unique circumstances. She also developed a passion over the years for women going through challenges in life: breast cancer, menopause, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune disorders.

Throughout Anna’s career she has been well known by local birthing hospitals, midwifery clinics, obstetrics offices and yoga studios. Her personal practice has always been regarded as a special place for women to come, relax and feel safe with their treatments. Anna’s passion and dedication is a warm and comforting experience for all women of all ages and stages of life. 

As an experienced RMT, mentor, doula, mother of 4, and nurturer, Anna brings the confidence, comfort and support most women need at this time in their lives.


Our Therapists

Alexandra Gaw graduated from Algonquin College in the 3-year advanced massage therapy program in 2010, and joined the clinic in March 2011.  She is registered with the CMTO and a member of the RMTAO.
During this time, Alexandra has provided competent client-centred care, in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment, ranging from pre-natal to therapeutic treatments.
Her clients are confident in her clinical abilities, and she has had greater than 5700 clinical hours to date.  Alexandra is currently the clinic manager of the Bank Street location, where she is passionate about her practice and finds new ways to enhance her technique based on individual client needs.
Alexandra enjoys balancing her personal and work life with regular physical training.


Melinda Franco graduated from Algonquin College in 2010 and is registered with the CMTO. Melinda has experience in treating all ranges of clients in different stages of healing. She has taken courses specializing in movement, mobility and postural alignment, and is excited to be taking a fertility massage course in the fall. Her treatment focuses on deep tissue massage, myofascial release, pre and post natal massage, pelvic pain disorders, and treating every day aches and pains from headaches to overall muscular tension. She is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, along with a warm, friendly service in a relaxing environment. In her spare time Melinda is an avid runner, cyclist and world traveler. 

Lindsey Carter has more than 20 years experience as an RMT with extra training in myofascial and deep tissue techniques. She is also a Manual Lymph Drainage and Lymphodema therapist, certified with the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder School. This training gives Lindsey the skills to work with clients recovering from cancer treatment, surgery, trauma, burns and many chronic conditions. Lindsey has also been a dance and yoga teacher and uses that experience to help her clients understand body mechanics. 

Allison Gunn is an Honours graduate of the Algonquin college Massage Therapy program. Health care and healing have always been an interest for her and prior to becoming a massage therapist, she had been a doula and Shiatsu massage practitioner for more than 12 years and has attended more than 100 births. Her approach to body work is coloured by her experience with Shiatsu and those techniques are integrated into many of her treatments. As a doula and mother of 4 children herself, Allison has a deep understanding of the physical challenges of being pregnant and how childbearing and parenting affect your body afterwards. In her spare time, she enjoys trail running and road cycling and knows how important being active is. As a lifelong learner, Allison is planning to expand her already extensive knowledge of bodywork to include a deeper knowledge of fascial and cranial sacral work through further education.

Kelly Thorne became registered with the CMTO in January 2011, after graduating with honours from the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in Toronto.  Since then, she has worked in a wide variety of settings, including a massage therapy clinic and women's wellness spa in Toronto, as well as a sports chiropractic clinic in her hometown of Orillia. Before pursuing a career in massage, Kelly attended Queen's University; completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biology and Health Studies.  Kelly strongly believes in the healing power of touch for both the body and mind, and understands that these two things are never mutually exclusive.  Kelly prides herself on her ability to individualize her treatments, using a blend of deep and relaxing techniques, in order to give a therapeutic treatment that is both effective and enjoyable.  Being an avid runner and cyclist herself, Kelly enjoys treating sports-related conditions and helping clients in achieving their athletic goals.  She also loves pre and post natal massage, and working with those suffering from chronic pain conditions.

 Shawna Colbey is a licensed member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as well as the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She graduated from the 3 year Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2005. She has practiced in the Ottawa area since 2006. Over her years of practice she has provided numerous types of treatments for her clients, such as: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pre and post-natal work, sports massage and hot stone massage therapy. Shawna is an energetic individual who enjoys running, traveling and spending time with family and friends

Jessica Matte is a bilingual (French & English) registered massage therapist (RMT) who graduated from Algonquin College’s advanced Massage Therapy program. She is registered with the CMTO and an active member of the RMTAO and the IAHP.  For over two years Jessica has worked in a physiotherapy clinic treating clients of all ages with issues relating to musculoskeletal injuries and postural dysfunctions. Jessica is also experienced in CranioSacral Therapy and has effectively used these gentle and non invasive techniques in conjunction with massage therapy. She is in the process of specializing in pregnancy and infant CranioSacral Therapy treatment. Jessica believes in the body's ability to self-balance and heal when it’s in optimal health. As a therapist, her goal is to assist clients into wellness with an experienced, patient and positive attitude. 

Sinead Bright establishes responsive client centered care with evidence-based practice, constructing treatment frameworks from pregnancy, manual lymph drainage and stress relief to scar rehabilitation, injury recovery and overall well-being. She connects Swedish massage techniques at a controlled light to deeper pressure creating your individual treatment for your goals. Other applications of therapy she uses are hydrotherapy and remedial exercise, which includes stretching and strengthening to improve posture and wellness. Sinead graduated from  the 3 year Algonquin College Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy Program. As a Registered Massage Therapist and an active member of the CMTO, Sinead is very optimistic in helping to develop a treatment plan that will help improve your overall rehabilitation and prosperity in health. 

Kim Plewes  - studied Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology in Peterborough, Ontario, where she spent added time taking extra myofascial and sports injury classes prior to graduating in 2003.  She started her career in Oshawa, Ontario before returning to her hometown of Ottawa in 2006.  

Kim has worked a variety of different clinic settings, including offices with other health care practitioners and spa services. Over the last 13 years, Kim has focused on deep tissue, repetitive strain, post-surgical rehabilitation therapy, motor vehicle accident treatment, postural and muscle imbalance, but also offers Hot Stone Massage, heated hands and Indie head massage. Kim has a great passion for her profession, which is reflected in her treatments. 


Rosalind Biolowas is an Honours graduate of the Trillium College Massage Therapy program. She trained in Ontario, after coming from England where she was previously a children's librarian. She incorporates many different modalities into her massages to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness. Founded on a Swedish base, Rosalind integrates elements of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and stretching techniques to her treatment method. Focus: pregnancy and post-natal massage, sports injury and preventative maintenance, whiplash, headaches/migraines, postural issues, ITB syndrome, pain management, relaxation and wellness massage. She is a mother of two; and in her spare time enjoys yoga, running and singing in a band.

Courtney McEachern is a graduate of the 2 year Massage Therapy program at Everest College, she is an active member of the CMTO and RMTAO. Growing up competitively figure skating and playing baseball, she has always had an active lifestyle which led her to a career in Massage Therapy. Courtney enjoys learning new modalities and treatment techniques to provide the best treatment for each client. She has experience working with palliative care, as well as the common stiffness and pain that comes with working in an office setting. Courtney's true passion is helping athletes achieve their goals, whether they are preparing for a sporting event or simply living active lifestyles. Her clients goals are her first priority when it comes to treating, she will always put you first.

Tareq Sobh  graduated with honours from the Algonquin Massage Therapy program. Prior to becoming an RMT Tareq began his career as a nurse turned physiotherapist. Upon arriving in Canada he had to begin his career again. Choosing massage therapy, Tareq brings qualities from all his past professions. Compassion of a nurse, rehabilitation exercises of a physiotherapist and intuitive hands of a massage therapist. His skills include trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue treatments and an element of relaxation.

Jade Warner - Originally from Belleville ON, Jade ventured to Kingston ON, to attend and graduate from St. Lawrence college for Fitness & Health Promotion. She than pursued and graduated from Algonquin college’s intensive advanced diploma Massage Therapy program.
Now, Jade is a Registered Massage Therapist through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).  Through her many experiences and the diversities of her interdisciplinary practice Jade is adaptable in creating a treatment plan for your focus and goals. Knowledgeable in a variety of treatable conditions such as pre/post natal massage care, deep tissue, myofascial release, lymph drainage, scar rehabilitation, breast massage TMJ, and athletic acute and chronic injuries. Jade customizes a variety of treatment plans shaped to promote wellness in a positive healing environment. As her experience guides her practice, Jade is ready to help reestablish awareness of your body through massage and home care exercises to maintain a balance in your muscles and posture. 

Chantal Campbell, clinic manager of Orleans location, is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO). Prior to studying Massage Therapy at Algonquin College, she also received a diploma in General Arts and Health Sciences. Given her educational background, Chantal's future plans include expanding on nutrition for all ages, pre and post-natal yoga coupled with fitness training. She is passionate about the personal well being for each of her clients. Chantal, who a year ago had a daughter, understands the needs of Massage Therapy, not only for expectant mothers but also for people in varying stages of life. Whether its through Massage Therapy or a fitness and nutrition program, Chantal's education and intense Massage Therapy training

Jessica Dionne is an honours graduate from the massage therapy program at Georgian College in Barrie, ON. Prior to becoming a registered massage therapist, she earned a Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University where she developed her passion for working with the human body. Be it injury rehabilitation, sports massage, relaxation, pre/postnatal or chronic pain management, Jessica enjoys working with a variety of clients. Techniques include trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofacial release and deep tissue massage. To augment her practice, Jessica plans to further her education by taking courses in craniosacral therapy and Graston technique.

During her free time, Jessica enjoys camping, fishing, yoga and running with her dog. 


Lea Sutherland graduated from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program.  She is an active member of the Collage of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).  Lea is a yoga teacher and incorporates the connection between mind and body in her treatments.  Lea is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist having completed her Complete Lymphedema Certification training with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2016.  Lea has experience working with clients with breast cancer, recovering from mastectomy surgeries, pre/post natal massage, sports massage, palliative care, and myofascial release.  Lea believes in the capacity of massage to support the body’s process of healing and wellness.  Her goal is to help you feel your best so you can do the things you love. 

Natalie Campeau is a bilingual (French & English) graduate from the three year Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Prior to studying Massage Therapy, she attended the University of Ottawa receiving a degree in English. With her academic background and her love for sports, understanding the human body came naturally. She has experience in pre/post natal massage, sports massage, chronic pain and myofascial release. With her dedication and enthusiasm, she aims to help individuals reach their wellness goals and gain confidence in their everyday lives.

Fadzliana (Fazy) Faizal graduated from the International Academy of Massage and is registered with CMTO. She offers Relaxation, Swedish, Deep tissue and Pre/post natal massage. She grew up in a traditional massage family from Malaysia. Her experience in the field make her passionate to help others and share the positive experiences she grew up with. As a mother of 6 Fazy comes with the nurturing care that expectant mothers need!  During her free time she enjoys cooking and spending time with family 

Marcel Farhat is a graduate from Algonquin College is registered through the CMTO. He is a skilled therapist and is a firm believer in massage bringing optimal health both physically and mentally. He loves new challenges and has always worked with clients to achieve their goals. Marcel excels in deep tissue, TMJ, trigger point therapy and pre/post natal. With his drive, love and passion of massage that has been flourishing over the years, he is committed to help you reach your optimal health - both physically and mentally.


Jody Curry became a Massage Therapist registered with the CMTO in 2004 after graduating with honours from Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, Ontario. She has been in the wellness/ health care field since 2000 when, after graduating with a degree in Biology from Trent University, she became a Physiotherapy Assistant and a Personal Trainer. Through her practice in a range of different settings, which include multi-disciplinary clinics, a wellness spa, and a hospital, she has gained an appreciation for how Massage Therapy can be used to treat such a wide range of conditions, from athletic injury to chronic pain to overall mind/body wellness. In addition, as a mom, she has recently developed a deeper appreciation for pre and post-natal massage. When not running after toddlers, she can be found running in nature or actively searching for her next course to take. Jody is delighted to be a part of the Anna Belanger team! 


Sarah Rennick is a graduate of the International Academy of Massage. After many years as a Personal Trainer she decided to become an RMT to further her knowledge and broaden the spectrum on which she could help others improve their health. Sarah has successfully treated numerous sporting and overuse injuries, postural dysfunctions, stubborn trigger points, and high-level athletes. She has taken a special interest in pregnancy and has dedicated a portion of her practice to prenatal clients, completing her doula training along the way.Her practice aims are to promote healing and circulation while educating her clients on proper posture/home care to maintain a pain free lifestyle. In her spare time, Sarah loves to stay active, write her wellness blog and spend time with friends and family.
